Add water to 5 gal., bring to boil. Boil for 60 min. Hops: ¥ 1 oz. Chinook (10.7% AAU) (:60) ¥ 1 1/2 oz. Cascade (5.8% AAU) (:30) ¥ 1 1/2 oz. Cascade (:03) Cool wort, transfer to primary fermenter. ¥ Wyeast #1056, American Ale Yeast Primary fermaentation: 9 days at 64¡ F (Not that I had much control over the temperature in my basement) Transfer to secondary. Add: ¥ 1 oz. Cascade for dry hop ¥ Toasted oak chips Secondary fermentation: 19 days Prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling. O.G.: 1.052 F.G.: 1.012 ABV: 5.4%
